Qiang Li received his PhD in Pattern Recognition and Intelligence Systems from Shenyang Institute of Automation(SIA), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2010. In 2009, he was awarded the HRI stipend and started his postdoctoral researching at CoR-Lab
of Bielefeld University. In 2019, he was awarded DFG researcher funding--DEXMAN. Now he is a project investigator and Senior Scientific Researcher in neuroinformatics group at Bielefeld University. His research interest include:

(2) Sensing, data fusion and estimation for autonomous systems,
(3) Visuo-tactile servoing control,
(4) Vision, tactile based object recognition,
(5) Robotic teleoperation and telepresence,
(6) Underwater vehicle navigation and control,
