Florian Schmidt received his diploma degree from Bielefeld University in April 2007. Since September 2007 he is pursuing a Ph.D. program. His research interests are Machine Learning and Robotics.
In his spare time he is an active musician playing the guitar (electric and acoustic) in traditional settings (Jazz/Funk/Samba/Bossa Nova) and also using computers for more experimental music projects.
